What is a Premium WriteyBoard?
With all the same great dry erase properties as the Original WriteyBoard, the Premium boards contain a restickable, durable, adhesive backing with a flexible foam core. The foam core gives you a perfectly smooth writing surface on almost any wall. The foam also retains the integrity of the Premium WriteyBoard, so they are crease and fold resistant.
What will they stick to?
They can be applied to virtually any surface. However, a clean, flat, smooth surface is strongly recommended for best results.
How thick are they?
1 mm. Because of their thickness, they are better suited for surfaces that have some texture. The foam core is more forgiving on walls with imperfections as well.
Are Premium WriteyBoards Magnetic?
Nope. But they can be applied over the top of metal.
How do they arrive?
All WriteyBoards come rolled up in a red-hot, stylish, triangle shaped box.

Kidding! It’s all relative to the user. Some people will install a Premium board and won’t move it from one spot. Others will be taking it from their dorm room to the coffee shop, to the library, every day. To prolong the longevity of the Premium WriteyBoards, always make sure the surface is clean and free of any debris.
How do I increase the life the of adhesive?
Make sure the surface you’re sticking it to is clean! Wash your dirty hands before handling, and don’t drop the adhesive side on the ground. That’s just bad WriteyBoard parenting!
How many people are needed to install?
Just one. You!
Can I install a Premium over wood?
Yes. As stated in the Original WriteyBoard FAQ, the adhesive will form a stronger bond with unfinished wood that could potentially damage the surface and deteriorate the adhesive.
Can I install a Premium over glass?
Sure can! With no residue.
Can I install a Premium over metal?
Yup! But because it's thicker than the original WriteyBoard, the magnetism may be adversely affected.
How do I get rid of air bubbles?
The Premium boards apply so smoothly that it is very unlikely you will experience air bubbles. If you do, simply peel it back and smooth it over.
How do I remove my Premium WriteyBoard?
Premium WriteyBoard's have an adhesive that is not as strong as the Original. Slowly and gently peel away from surface avoiding ripping or tugging abruptly as this may cause surface damage.
Can I take it down and put it up somewhere else?
Yes, our Premium WriteyBoards are the only whiteboards that are removable & reusable for multiple applications. Just make sure the next surface you apply it to is not fragile.
Will removal cause surface damage?
The adhesive is designed to peel away from a wall that is 100% completely sealed (aka a wall with a quality primer and paint) without ripping paint or leaving behind sticky residue. However, due to our inability to predict the structural integrity of individual surfaces, we cannot guarantee that removal will not result in damage. Since each installation is also relative, we cannot guarantee the outcome and recommend testing in an inconspicuous area prior to application.
What should I write with?
Any variety of dry or wet erase markers can be used. In the event of a permanent marking mishap, simply write with your dry erase marker over the top of the permanent ink. Wipe with a cloth and watch in amazement as it magically erases any trace of a permanent marker.
What about markings that have been on there for a while?

What should I use to erase?
We recommend a micro-fiber cloth or standard whiteboard eraser.
